Return and Refund Policy
At AffordableRot, we sell digital products, and as these are non-tangible, digital goods, we have a strict no returns or refunds policy once a purchase is completed and delivered.

1. No Returns on Digital Products
All sales are final. Because the items delivered are virtual and accessed immediately after purchase (or shortly after claim), we cannot accept returns.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only offered under the following limited conditions:

  • You were charged but did not receive your item after 24 hours

  • You made a duplicate order by mistake and contact us before the item is delivered

  • A technical issue on our end prevented delivery and we are unable to fulfill it within 24 hours

3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund under the criteria above, please email us at support@affordablerot.com, or the Contact Us page with:

  • Your order number

  • Roblox username

  • Explanation of the issue

We will investigate and respond within 1–2 business days.

4. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in a ban from future purchases. All transactions are recorded and documented. We encourage all customers to reach out and allow us to resolve the issue directly.

5. Exceptions
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Mistaken purchases

  • Change of mind

  • In-game performance issues not related to our delivery
